 This is how it was born, with two friends, who combined their respective long and important experiences in the transport sector. Together they directed projects relating to the first Italian years of the giant DHL and were active partners in the new Sisal services. Thanks to great passion and competence, the historical founders will be the architects, in the following ten years, of a considerable growth of the company, from every point of view. In 1998 Gianfranco Sangalli and Flavio Cornali founded Esseci, with the main objective of satisfying the logistical needs of the state-owned companies for the marketing of lottery games and payment services. After almost twenty years of intense activity, the two partners, who baptized the company with their surnames, leave the board to favor the entry of the heirs: Luca Canevari, Sangalli's nephew and Federico Cornali, Flavio's son. In 2018 Luca Canevari acquired all the shares and inaugurated a phase of important investments and growth, numerous implementations in primary transport services but also the diversification of business lines for a forward-looking development of the company.
