The company was founded in 1934 by the will of Luigi Ghisoni, in the most difficult historical period of our country, when the passion and foresight of many enterprising people laid the foundations for the economic development of the following years. In 1963, his son Fausto took over the command of the small company.

In the mid-1970s, the company invested in international transport by purchasing articulated lorries dedicated to the transport of goods along the main routes of the Northern European markets. In 1992, with the entry into the company of the latest generation, the company underwent a further transformation, becoming "Autotrasporti Ghisoni Fausto snc" and investing in warehouse structures and IT equipment to adapt to the needs of an increasingly growing clientele.

In 2010 it was renewed with the passage of the baton from Fausto to his son Cristiano who transformed the company into Ghisoni Transport and Logistic Srl in order to guarantee greater development opportunities and expand the range offered to customers through the implementation of the new express pallet service towards the main European, Italian and North African routes, all accompanied by a real revolution both from an IT and communication point of view. Founded on the experience of over half a century of successes, today we represent a solid and modern company that offers reliable and advanced services in the field of freight transport and logistics.
