SO.LOG S.r.l. was born at the beginning of the year 2000 from the merger of two companies operating in the road haulage sector: OBERTI S.r.l., one of the oldest road haulage companies in the province of Sondrio, and 3S Trasporti, the result of the decennial experience of the Saligari family whose founder , Giuseppe Saligari, were later joined by his sons Roberto and Marco.

The need for continuous growth and therefore the creation of a modern structure is an indispensable prerequisite for being able to stand the comparison in the future with the modernization of transport systems which, in particular, is favoring the growth of existing companies. In the scenario of constant growth represented above for some years the company has also carried out the business segment of the distribution of goods better known as "courier" and in particular specialized in controlled temperature.

Since 2014, the company has opened an important branch in Varedo equipped mainly to be able to carry out logistics for new customers and take advantage of every possible synergy with transport to offer an increasingly modern and competitive organized structure.
